At RTI CABINETSā¢, we stand behind the quality of our cabinetry products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home improvement project. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging and unassembled.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.
- 2.Prepare Your Shipment
Carefully repackage the items in their original factory crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware, hinges, and assembly components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the items back to our central distribution center via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies that the cabinetry is in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping costs.
